Production Details Origin: Tenuta di Castiglioni, Montespertoli. Tasting Notes Dense, nearly opaque purple-red; raspberry, wild strawberry, blackberry and dark cherry; cocoa, tobacco leaf, vanilla and cinnamon; warm and velvety with supple integrated tannins, lively acidity and a long fruit-led finish.
Food Pairing Hare, boar, roasted or sautéed beef, roast pork and full-flavoured cheeses.
