Production Details The Malena vineyard was planted in 2008 and totals 1.22 ha. For the 2019 Materia Prima release, the shared cellar protocol comprised indigenous-yeast fermentation, a common but unstated period of skin maceration, malolactic fermentation in 500 L tonneaux, and 18 months of ageing in wood.
