Production Details Best bunches are selected in the vineyard and again in the cellar, then softly pressed. The free-run must ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in large casks. The wine rests for one year in 50- and 70-hL oak casks before being bottled unfiltered. The listed serving-temperature range is 10–12°C.
Tasting Notes Vino.com describes ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, broom flowers, medicinal herbs, delicate spices, flint, richness, savoriness and vibrant freshness. Robert Parker's note reproduced by SAQ describes peach and bakery aromas with a creamy, dense yet ethereal palate.
