Production Details The grapes were hand-harvested and selected in the vineyard, then destemmed and gently crushed. A short, unspecified period of skin contact preceded fermentation at 14–18°C in stainless-steel tanks and 2,500-litre oak casks. The wine was transferred to 500- and 2,000-litre oak casks and matured on fine lees for 12–15 months, followed by additional bottle maturation before release.

Production Details Hand picked at the end of October, often in two times. Grapes are destemmed and gently crushed with a pneumatic press in nitrogen saturation; fermentation starts at 14-18°C in glass-lined concrete tanks before transfer to French oak tonneaux and Slavonian barrels. At the end of fermentation, wine ages for about 12-15 months in French oak tonneaux (70-80%) and Slavonian big barrels (20-30%) on fine lees.
