Production Details The technical page reports vineyards at 100–300 m, Guyot and Pergola Veronese training at 4,800 and 3,000 vines per hectare respectively, and a yield of 80–90 hl/ha. The wine matures in vitrified cement on fine lees, is bottled in the spring after harvest, and rests in bottle for at least one month.
