Tasting Notes Fine and elegant; floral notes, small red fruits and subtle citrus; lively freshness, fine tannins and marked salinity.

Production Details The producer describes vineyards averaging 20–25 years at 200–400 m, vinification lasting at least one month, and 24 months in oak. Winebow additionally reports a 15-day alcoholic fermentation at 75–86°F, pumpovers and aeration, residual sugar below 0.5 g/L, acidity of 5.31 g/L without an acid-equivalent basis, dry extract of 29.4 g/L, 24 months before bottling and six months of bottle aging.
