Production Details Hand-harvested grapes underwent five selection stages: three in the vineyards, followed by a selection table and optical reader at the winery. Wild-yeast fermentation took place at controlled temperature in cement tanks and vertical oak vats, followed by roughly two weeks of maceration and 12 months in Slavonian oak.
Tasting Notes Cherry, blackberry and dark fruit followed by spice, blue flowers and mint; Morello cherry, blood orange and star anise on the palate, with fine-grained tannins, tangy acidity and a layered finish.
