Production Details Grapes were hand harvested and selected in the vineyard, followed by a second selection on the sorting table. Fermentation took place in wooden casks for 40–45 days, and the wine matured in French oak casks for 14–16 months before release. The steep Rabajà vineyard is situated at about 300 metres elevation. The sheet labels the wine Certified Organic and Practising Organic but does not name a certification body.
Tasting Notes Intense ruby red with garnet reflections; dark berry fruit followed by sweet pipe-tobacco spice; intense and elegant.
