Production Details Roagna identifies the 2004 as a small Crichët Pajé selection released after 18 years and matured for at least an additional decade in the cellar. Its Riserva regime includes 80–90 days of submerged-cap maceration and very long maturation involving oak casks, concrete and ceramic, with production limited to no more than a few hundred bottles. The exact-vintage specialist page reports that the 2004's additional decade was spent in cement and steel before bottling and describes a 10-day fermentation followed by 80–90 days of submerged-cap maceration and subsequent neutral-oak ageing. The differing vessel descriptions are retained as source-specific observations because the sources do not establish a complete phase-by-phase vessel sequence.
Tasting Notes Dark red fruit, tobacco, cedar, mint, dried flowers and pressed rose petals
