Production Details The 1.13-hectare Parafada vineyard is Guyot trained at 5,800 vines per hectare and yielded 4.5 tonnes per hectare. The wine underwent long fermentation and maceration in oak tini at approximately 30°C, followed by up to 30 months in large Slavonian oak casks and about one year of bottle maturation in cool, dark cellars. Listed formats are 75 cl and 150 cl.
Tasting Notes Deep garnet; red plum, red cherry, rose and sweet-spice aromas; elegant palate with integrated tannins and a complex, refined finish.
