Production Details Hand-harvested fruit comes from small Guyot-trained vineyards in Castiglione Tinella planted at 4,500 vines per hectare. After gentle pressing and natural cold decanting, the must is held at very low temperature in stainless-steel tanks to prevent spontaneous fermentation. Portions are fermented throughout the year in autoclaves at 12–14°C; fermentation is stopped by rapid cooling at approximately 5.5% alcohol. The partially fermented wine is filtered and bottled using sterile filtration.
Tasting Notes Bright straw yellow with slight golden reflections; ripe peach and apricot, rose petals, acacia flowers and ginger; sweet and delicate, with modest acidity, balance and complexity, fine bubbles and fresh apricot on the finish.
