Production Details Hand harvested; the free-run wine underwent alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel vats until reaching 5% alcohol, when fermentation was halted by sharply reducing the temperature. The wine was subsequently clarified, filtered, and bottled.

Pressing Method Hand-Harvested Grapes Were Crushed And Pressed After A Short Period In The Press For Aroma Extraction
Production Details Hand harvested and crushed; the must remained briefly in the press for aroma extraction. First-pressing must was separated from the lees by static settling. Alcoholic fermentation was stopped by chilling at 5% alcohol, after which the wine was clarified, filtered, and bottled.
