Production Details Fruit was quickly transferred to the winery, gently pressed, and fermented in small batches throughout the season. Liberty Wines describes Riforno as a south-facing 2.5-hectare vineyard at 420–470 metres, trained to mixed Guyot at 3,600 vines/ha and planted between 1986 and 2007; this differs from the producer’s broader description of sites between Mango and Santo Stefano Belbo planted from 1965 onward. Liberty’s analytical panel also lists acidity as 4.7 g/L without specifying the acid-equivalent basis, so it is not proposed as an unqualified total-acidity value.
Tasting Notes Creamy mousse, floral bouquet, golden apple, apricot, candied peach, lively layered palate, and a long vibrant clean finish
