Production Details The 0.9-ha, steep pergola-trained vineyard has 4,000 vines/ha. Partially destemmed grapes fermented spontaneously with skins and stems in truncated conical vats and large oak casks for five weeks, including three weeks under submerged cap. The wine matured for 12 months in the same vessels, 10 months in concrete tanks and nine months in bottle.

Production Details Biodynamically cultivated and worked by hand without a tractor. The 0.9-ha planting has 3,900 vines/ha and yielded 7,200 kg/ha. Crushed grapes underwent spontaneous fermentation with 50% stems in truncated conical vats and four weeks of maceration. Maturation comprised 12 months in used large wooden vats, 10 months in concrete and 10 months in bottle, without fining or filtration.
