Production Details Guyot-trained vines. The naturally settled must is held at low temperature and may remain there for several months before fermentation shortly before bottling. Producer materials describe sparkling-wine production by the Italian method in stainless-steel tanks and state that bottle ageing is not required. The current linked sheet places the vineyards in the upper Asti hills above 150 m, while one official 2023 catalogue version instead specifies 300 m; the elevation is therefore retained as a source conflict rather than normalized. XtraWine recommends serving at 6–8°C.
Tasting Notes Producer description: claret or cherry-pink rosé with lively reflections; intense rose and strawberry aromas; pleasantly sweet palate; creamy, balanced mousse; light tannins and a graceful finish
Food Pairing Desserts, fruit tarts and friandises; the producer also suggests use in refreshing long drinks and cocktails
