Production Details Massal-origin vines averaging 20–25 years old, propagated with pruning wood from the same vineyards. Fermentation lasts about ten days in wooden vats with an indigenous-yeast pied de cuvée. Submerged-cap maceration lasts at least two months; the specification panel says it can last 60 days. Maturation is approximately five years: the overview names neutral oak and concrete tanks, while the ageing panel specifies five years in large neutral French botti.
