Production Details Early harvest in small crates after strict vineyard selection; very short skin maceration; six months of maturation across stainless steel and barrique, including one month on the lees. Conventional cultivation. Recommended serving range is 10–12°C. Declared total extract is 26.68 g/L; carbohydrates and sugars are each 0.16 g/100 mL. Site-source conflict: the 2025 vendor page attributes the fruit to estate vineyards in Treiso in the Barbaresco area, whereas the producer's current, non-vintage-specific page says both varieties are grown in different exposures across multiple Langhe villages; therefore no 2025 site_blend claim is proposed.
Tasting Notes Amber pink; fresh red fruit, floral notes, spices and fine minerality; juicy and savoury, with good body and a long, lively finish
Food Pairing Grilled tuna, vitello tonnato, and salmon
