Production Details Conventionally cultivated fruit was harvested parcel by parcel and underwent temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation with a short skin maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in stainless-steel tanks until early bottling. Dry extract is 29.72 g/L, and the recommended serving range is 16–18 °C.
