Production Details Fermentation and long maceration on the skins take place in stainless steel, followed by a final blend of vineyard locations. The wine ages for nearly 12 months in large barrels, with a small portion in barriques, and then receives long bottle ageing. For the 2023 growing season, abundant spring rainfall following the prior year's drought restored vineyard soil moisture and structure; a generally mild summer with isolated temperature spikes allowed the vines to complete their vegetative cycle without stress, with favorable quantity and quality results.
Tasting Notes The house note describes body and structure, intense fruit, round non-overwhelming tannins, finesse and fragrance. Wine Enthusiast reviewer Jeff Porter (September 2026) describes crushed raspberry, rose, bright red fruit and energetic acidity.
