Production Details Liberty Wines’ 2023 specification says the grapes were hand harvested and underwent 15 days of temperature-controlled fermentation at 31–34°C in stainless-steel tanks, followed by more than one year in traditional large casks ('botti'). The vineyards total four hectares; the vines are Guyot trained, approximately 20 years old and planted at 5,500 vines per hectare.
