Production Details Fruit came from young estate Nebbiolo vineyards that the producer describes as sustainably farmed and organically certified. Approximately 20% of the fruit fermented as whole clusters. Following a short maceration, the wine was racked and completed fermentation off the skins to preserve freshness, then underwent very short maturation in a closed stainless-steel vat before bottling. The producer describes the finished style as gently off-dry and suitable for serving slightly chilled.
Tasting Notes Strawberries, fresh cherries, red currant, raspberry, grapefruit, nutmeg, fresh roses, red fruit, very soft tannins, almond and bubble gum; bright, juicy and harmonious.
