Production Details Grapes were manually sorted three times—on the vine, as whole clusters and as individual berries after destemming. Fermentation lasted approximately 43 days and was followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine then received gentle, short aging for four months in a Slavonian cask before bottling.

Production Details Grapes were manually sorted three times—on the vine, as whole clusters/on sorting tables and berry by berry after destemming. Fermentation was followed immediately by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Aging comprised four months in stainless steel and two months in large Slavonian-oak casks before bottling.
Tasting Notes Rose petals, wild strawberry, kirsch, spices, fresh blue fruits, violet, rose hip, white pepper and clove; fine tannins with depth and energy.
