Tasting Notes Sugared almond, caramelized orange, pear, almond blossom, tomato leaf, sage and boxwood; subtly oily richness; rich, enveloping and savory palate with gently sweet acidity; long, mineral and persistent finish.

Tasting Notes Citrus, botanical and mineral notes with resin, juniper, cucumber, fig leaf, sap, gunpowder, geranium, grapefruit, ripe pear, sage and mint; balanced acidity and salty savoriness, slight toastiness, fine texture, tension and minerality.
