Production Details Vines were stated as 20–50 years old. Skin maceration lasted approximately three or four days in temperature-controlled rotary fermenters, followed by five or six months in used French barriques.
Tasting Notes Raspberries, maraschino and crushed cherries, licorice, roses, wet earth, tar, leather, peonies and anise; vibrant acidity, fine-grained tannins, persistent finish and silky texture.
