Production Details The 0.46 ha hillside parcel was fully destemmed. Fermentation was controlled at 29°C in vertical tanks with a semi-submerged cap, punch-downs and pump-overs; total maceration lasted 3–5 days. Malolactic fermentation followed in cement during spring. The wine matured for 12–15 months in 20–30 hL Slavonian-oak botti. Total dry extract was 29.6 g/L and total extract was 30.1 g/L.
Tasting Notes Red fruit, flowers and spices; notably fresh, structured and readily drinkable.
