Production Details Late-harvested Chardonnay from selected Langhe parcels; conventionally cultivated; temperature-controlled fermentation followed by long maturation on fine lees and eight months in oak barrels. Reported dry extract is 23.15 g/L, and the recommended serving range is 10–12°C.
Tasting Notes Medium golden yellow; ripe pear, yellow peach, citrus peel, white flowers, toast, hazelnut and vanilla; juicy fruit, creamy texture, gentle acidity and a mineral backbone.
Food Pairing Grilled or fried fish, poached fish, seafood and shellfish, terrines and pâté, savoury snacks, vegetable dishes, medium-aged cheese and risotto.
