Production Details Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with pigeage lasted about 15 days, followed by 10–15 days of skin maceration. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matured for 12 months in 300 L French barrels, then 12 months in larger 25 hL old-oak botti, followed by approximately 12 months in bottle. The vineyard was managed biodynamically.
