Production Details Fruit came from vineyards at 180–350 m elevation with south to southeast exposure. Part of the base wine fermented and matured in 228 L small white-oak barrels and the remainder in stainless steel; after assembly, the cuvée matured on its lees for more than four years.
Tasting Notes Bright, luminous yellow with green reflections and very fine, persistent perlage; ripe white-fleshed fruit, white almond, pastry, candied citrus, hawthorn and elderflower; elegant yet powerful, exuberantly fresh, harmonious, complex and very persistent.
