Production Details Guyot-trained vines are planted at 5,000 vines/ha, with a grape yield of 100 quintals/ha. Maturation is divided between 15% pièces and 85% stainless steel. The cuvée is assembled from numerous harvest selections and some reserve wines from preceding vintages. The sheet lists 750 mL and 1.5 L formats.
Tasting Notes Straw yellow with green highlights and a fine, continuous perlage; fresh, deep aromas of fresh flowers and white fruit; savory, fresh, taut and complex, with a long, bright finish.
