Production Details Official 2023 archive specification: Guyot training; 5,000 vines/ha; grape yield 100 quintals/ha; maturation split 29% pièces and 71% stainless steel; assembly from numerous harvest selections and reserve wines from previous years; part of the base wines fermented and matured in small white-oak barrels. Liber's March 2024 distributor sheet instead reports average vine age 27–28 years, almost 30 months' ageing, 32% pièce-aged wine and acidity 6.3 g/L without stating its analytical basis; its James Suckling review records one reviewed bottle as disgorged in 2024, not the entire NV wine. Domno's undated distributor specification reports selected Saccharomyces cerevisiae, alcoholic fermentation at 15–16°C, 35% aged six months in French oak, bottle secondary fermentation, 24 months on fine lees, remuage and disgorgement, and a recommended serving range of 6–8°C. These differing specifications appear release-dependent and are not reconciled into one numeric release specification.
