Production Details Guyot-trained vines at 5,000 vines/ha, with an average age exceeding 30 years. Grapes were harvested manually in 13 kg crates. The wine spent 70 months on the lees under cork; 56% was matured in pièces, while the concise official sheet specifies the balance as 44% stainless steel. Riddling was manual and disgorgement was performed à la volée. The detailed vintage dossier reports a yield of 90 q/ha, while the separate official one-page sheet reports 100 q/ha; this unresolved mass-based yield conflict is preserved and neither figure is converted to hL/ha.
Tasting Notes Bright crystalline yellow with a fine, elegant and persistent perlage. Elderflower, jasmine, flint, incense, Mediterranean herbs, tropical fruit and citrus; broad, energetic and finely textured, with saline, mineral and citrus sensations and a clean, persistent finish.
