Production Details Manual harvest from 25 vineyards and 28 selections; Guyot training, 5,000 vines/ha and a grape yield of 100 q/ha. Free-run must was pressed; 44% of the wine underwent élevage in pièces, with the balance not specified. The assemblage was created on 29 March 2021 and included 2.7% reserve Pinot nero. Tirage occurred in July 2021, followed by an average 40 months on the lees and manual riddling. The wine is Extra Brut and the reported total-sugar measurement is 1.5 g/L.
Tasting Notes Citrine-quartz colour; fine, lively and persistent perlage; floral bouquet with Mediterranean herbs, tropical fruit, white pepper, flint, tea leaf, ginger and dried fruit; vibrant, mineral, fresh, long and persistent palate.
