The producer recommends serving this 750 mL release at 16–18 °C.
Tasting Notes Intense, crystal-clear ruby red; ripe black cherry, red cherry plum, dark spice, rose petals, subtle tropical and citrus notes; luscious, refreshing and mouth-filling, with marasca cherry, pomegranate, blood orange, clove, Sichuan pepper, cedar, characterful tannin and toasted-cocoa echoes on a long finish.
Food Pairing Red meats, roasts and moderately mature cheeses
