Production Details The 0.5-hectare Faset parcel has vines reported as 45–50 years old. Hand-picked clusters are destemmed and traditionally pressed, followed by natural fermentation and approximately 60 days of skin contact. The importer describes approximately 4.5 years in large used botti; Roagna’s broader protocol describes approximately five years across neutral-oak and concrete vats. Bottling is without fining or filtration and with low sulfite use. Vinmonopolet reports residual sugar below 3 g/L.
