Production Details The vineyard was planted in 2010 at 7,000 vines/ha and trained as espalier with walled-bush-vine/spur-pruned-cordon terminology varying between the producer's language blocks. Traditional red vinification occurred in stainless steel at 25–30°C; the English and Italian blocks describe a 10-day fermentation, while the German block calls this 10 days of skin contact, so no maceration-days claim is proposed. Maturation lasted 12 months in 25 hL Slavonian-oak barrels. The multilingual sheet is internally inconsistent on grape yield: its English block states 63 ql/ha, while its Italian block and producer webpage state 65 ql/ha. Total extract is likewise 26.3 g/L in English versus 26.1 g/L in the Italian/German blocks and webpage.
