Production Details The vineyards are at 600–700 m elevation. Fermentation is spontaneous, without temperature control, in cement tanks; maturation lasts 18 months in cement tanks, and malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously.
Tasting Notes Light ruby; roses, oleander, strawberry, cherry, pomegranate and thyme; balanced and harmonious, with lightly saline and spicy nuances.
