Production Details Clusters received an additional selection on a vibrating table, followed by berry selection with a destemmer designed to reject green and overripe berries; fermentation included controlled-temperature maceration on the skins.
Tasting Notes Ruby red; fragrant wild berries, especially red currant; black pepper and clove; fresh palate, soft tannins, and a balanced, juicy finish.
