Production Details Grapes were destemmed and lightly crushed; fermentation began with a pied-de-cuve using indigenous yeasts, with about 60 days of skin contact. The wine matured for 18 months in neutral epoxy tanks of 1,500–2,500 L and another 18 months in bottle. The recommended serving range is 16–18 °C.

Production Details Grapes were destemmed and lightly crushed, underwent spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and approximately 60 days of skin maceration, then matured for 18 months in neutral fiberglass tanks of 1,500–2,500 L followed by 18 months in bottle.
