Production Details For the 2021 listing, grapes were destemmed and lightly crushed; fermentation began spontaneously from a pied-de-cuve of indigenous yeasts, with approximately 50 days of skin contact. Maturation was reported as 18 months in neutral fibreglass vats of 1,200–2,500 litres followed by 18 months in bottle. The producer’s official collection page confirms one 750 mL bottle of MunJebel Rosso PA 2021 in the 2021 Contrade Collection, released in 2025, with 303 collection cases produced.

Production Details The grapes were destemmed and crushed, then fermented from a spontaneous pied-de-cuve with 60 days of skin contact in 15–25 hL fibreglass tanks. The wine matured for 18 months in tank before bottling without fining and with light filtration, followed by another 18 months of rest before release. The sheet reports 15–50 mg/L SO2 and says it may be added or not; this range is retained here rather than converted into a single sulfites value.
