Production Details Monte Colla vines planted in 1946 occupy steep terraces at 750–780 metres. Fermentation starts with a pied-de-cuve of indigenous yeasts and includes approximately 50 days of skin contact. The wine matures for 18 months in neutral fiberglass vats of 1,500–2,500 litres, followed by a further 18 months in bottle.

Production Details The steep, terraced Monte Colla vineyard lies at 750–780 metres. The destemmed, lightly crushed fruit underwent approximately 50 days of maceration and alcoholic fermentation with a pied-de-cuve. The wine matured for approximately 18 months in 1,500–2,500-litre fiberglass tanks, followed by another 18 months in bottle before release.
