Production Details Fruit came from the Muganazzi vineyard in Passopisciaro, Castiglione di Sicilia. Vines were trained both on trellises and as traditional bush vines at 6,300 vines per hectare; vineyard treatments were sulfur and copper. Vinification and 12 months of lees maturation took place in stainless steel and large oak barrels, followed by a further 12 months in bottle.

Production Details The wine was farmed organically and vinified partly in stainless steel and partly in a 15 hL oak barrel. Total maturation was 18 months: 12 months on the lees followed by 6 months in bottle.
