The wine matured for 6 months in second- and third-use barriques and tonneaux, followed by a further 6 months in bottle. Recommended serving temperature is 8–10°C; the range is retained here rather than converted into a single numeric serving-temperature value.
Tasting Notes Straw yellow with bright highlights; yellow-fleshed fruit, white flowers, aromatic herbs, flint and citrus; fresh and deeply mineral, with a long toasted-hazelnut finish. A second exact-vintage source describes the 2022 as rounder and more approachable, with more restrained acidity than the cooler 2021.
