Production Details The producer-hosted 2023-named sheet reports an average vineyard density of 4,500 vines/ha with Guyot training; manual harvesting; about one week of fermentation in steel with several délestages and numerous daily pump-overs; malolactic fermentation in steel; and ageing exclusively in steel tanks. Its harvest wording places picking toward early September, while Vietti's separate 2023 vintage report says Dolcetto ripened from the second half of September; therefore no exact harvest-date claim is asserted.
Tasting Notes Purplish red with light violet hues; dark-fruit aromas of blackberry and raspberry, with mineral and blueberry notes; medium-bodied, with soft tannins, moderate acidity and good balance.
