Production Details Grapes were selected in the vineyard. Fermentation and maceration lasted about 12 days in stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation in November. The wine matured in stainless steel, was bottled the following spring and marketed in summer. The listed vineyard yield is 8,000 kg/ha. Recommended serving temperature is 14–16°C.
Tasting Notes Deep ruby red with purple reflections; vinous and sometimes fruity aroma; dry, full-bodied palate with a pleasantly bitter finish.
