Production Details The fruit comes from 2.5 hectares in La Morra and Dogliani at 250–280 m elevation; vines are 10–30 years old and the stated yield is 5,000 kg/ha. Skin maceration lasts 2–3 days in temperature-controlled rotary fermenters. Tannico recommends serving at 16–18 °C.
Tasting Notes Black cherry, blackberry, raspberry, ripe cherry, underbrush, humus and cocoa; medium-bodied, juicy and fragrant, with a firm tannic structure.
