Production Details The producer's overall Franciacorta harvest ran from 13 to 28 August 2025; grapes for Corte del Lupo Bianco were picked a few days early to avoid dilution from the 20–21 August rain. Grapes were hand-picked into coded crates, cold-stored, selected, washed in three soaking tanks and dried. About one quarter of the free-run juice was aged in small oak barrels previously used for Chardonnay and the remainder was fermented in steel; the fractions spent 8 months on their lees without malolactic fermentation. The wine was gravity-bottled, with no sulfites added at bottling, followed by an average 6 months in bottle. Volatile acidity at bottling was 0.30 g/L and total sulfur dioxide was below 61 mg/L.
