Production Details Guyot-trained vines were harvested manually, with a reported grape yield of 6,000 kg/ha. Winemaking was partly in pièces and partly in concrete, followed by 10 months of élevage in those vessel types.
Tasting Notes Bright straw-yellow with green reflections; candied citrus, honey, marzipan and ripe white plum aromas; taut, mineral and enveloping palate with ripe yellow fruit, star anise, melted butter, light wood and bergamot
