Production Details The Annunciata vineyard is Guyot-trained and comprises 5.4 hectares, including 2.9 hectares under vine. Reported yield was 6,000 kg/ha and harvesting was manual. Winemaking took place partly in pièces and partly in concrete, followed by élevage in the same vessel types for 10 months.
Tasting Notes Bright straw yellow with green reflections; candied citrus, honey, marzipan and ripe white plum aromas; taut, dynamic and mineral-savoury palate with ripe yellow fruit, star anise, melted butter, slight woody notes and a bergamot-accented finish.
