Production Details The grapes were harvested manually. The must fermented in small white-oak barrels, followed by 12 months in 228-litre white-oak barrels and six months of bottle maturation. Recommended serving temperature is 8–10°C.
Tasting Notes Straw yellow with golden highlights; butter, vanilla, white flowers, apple, pear, medlar, tropical fruit and aromatic herbs; broad, soft, elegant and structured, with acidity and a persistent finish of toasted hazelnut, brioche and white chocolate

Production Details The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and carefully selected on the vine. The must fermented for 12 months in 228-litre oak barrels. The wine was bottled in the second spring after harvest and matured for a further six months in bottle before release.
