Production Details Fermentation lasts about four weeks. The wine then matures for 10 months in ceramic vessels, stainless-steel tanks and large oak casks on the fine lees.
Tasting Notes Clear, intense yellow with green hues; pear, peach, acacia, hawthorn and honey; dry, warm, soft and balanced, with fresh acidity and a long finish. Mineral and hydrocarbon notes become more pronounced after two to three years.
